Palin fans line up early for book-signing | The Columbus Dispatch

This is all well and good; I don’t have a problem with this in any manner, ‘and’, lest anyone should misread a previous post I had regarding Sarah – I am a Palin advocate.

I am writing ‘this’ post as a gentle prodding to Fox News.  Fox has been caught twice in the past week or two using faulty video as it relates to Ms. Palin.  For example, they have shown video of the presidential campaign and said it was people greeting Sarah for her book.

Fox does not need to do this and they had better tighten up their production to keep their believability.   At least IMHO.   Palin fans line up early for book-signing | The Columbus Dispatch

Are We Detecting a Trend?

So a few weeks ago, it was determined men do not need to get a PSA test as frequently as previously drilled into their heads.  Money being wasted they said.

This week it is women – breast exams are being conducted way too frequently – not needed they say.

Just think of the money saved and we haven’t even implemented healthcare reform yet.  And insurance companies?  You can bet they will jump on this band-wagon and rightly so.

Here’s the kicker, and it is as it has always been and always will be.  People with money will still get their yearly PSA and or breast exams as they know they should.  Who will be hurt?  Same people who always are hurt, and you know who they are.

My Take on Sarah

Doubt she will ‘ever’ rise to national power but not because of what she says.  It is the sound of her voice.  If she spoke in a calm confident way I’d be of different mind-set.

I am continually fascinated though by the left’s view of this woman.  First of all, if they all think she is so ‘bad’ for the opposition, you would think they would be praising her.  I think they know her message resonates.

Again, I think if you listen to the sound of her voice (not what she says), you get a little tired of that high pitched tone.  IMHO anyway.

Fort Hood Shooter Tried to Contact al Qaeda Terrorists, Officials Say - ABC News

Fort Hood Shooter Tried to Contact al Qaeda Terrorists, Officials Say - ABC News

So, what are we to make of this?  Was it terrorism?  Was it a hate crime?  Oh, we can’t use the word terrorism in this country… and hate crimes are only use when racial or gay crimes are committed.  I despise the creation of hate crimes in the first place.  A crime is a crime.  We have laws on the books to prosecute lawbreakers.  Have never understood a hate crime, but if there is such a thing, the Fort Hood incident qualifies.
