This'n That

All the rumbling from Republicans about getting rid of Obama Care is bogus. Once they allowed it to become 'The Law Of The Land', it was a done deal. That will NOT detract from The Affordable Care Act being a dismal failure; it appears that is being born out as each day passes. But is IS law, and as such will have to be dealt with eventually. Even though not one Republican voted for the act in the beginning, Republicans WILL be blamed for all the ongoing problems. This is as clear as a hand in front of your face. The fact President Obama just issues an edict to change existing law just may be changing. In what "I" hope is the first of many cases of The Judicial Branch getting some backbone, the D.C. Court of Appeals has issued an order for the government to follow law as it pertains to Yucca Mountain. http://goo.gl/c6cQns This decision and many more like it need to be made to assert the power of the different branches of government. The Congress has more or less abdicated 'their responsibilities'. This judicial edict gives me abit of hope. If you as an American, can listen to The President's spokesman Jay Carney and have any faith whatsoever regarding what he says, you have your head deep in the sand. He should resign his position! The IRS, and Lois Lerner in particular have done more to put distrust in the minds of the American people than almost any other act and or agency. When one considers just over fifty percent of the American people are FEDERAL tax payers, my advice is the IRS had better clean up its act, and soon!!
