Speaker Pelosi who has a large majority will not bring immigration to the floor.  The Democrat Party has the majority; they know it can not be brought up as it is being portrayed or they will be destroyed in November.  As it stands, if they just let the turd bob down river, they feel they have a chance.  Sad but true.
