Bills - Resolutions - Troop Support

    None of this is clear these days, but a troop's life is one thing I think we can all be clear about.  Here is a simple but nagging question I have had and continue to have when time lines, funding cutoffs etc. are proposed.



    If you pick an arbitrary date (pick one), and while picking that date you say things like, we have spilled enough blood.... what about those who will be killed leading up to that arbitrary date?  I do not know how one reconciles those killed during this period.
